I didn't know there was an OMM shelf, unless it's just a test your school put together? We just took the NBME shelf exams so no OMM.
That said, I would just use that green Savarse (spelling?) OMT review book. It's what I and most others I know used for the COMLEX 1 & 2.

We took an NBOME OMM shelf last semester. I just used the green OMT review book by Savarese and studied a couple days for it. Know the segmental innervation to the visceral organs well. They were a ton of questions on that. Also know your anatomy well. It wasn't too hard though.
