omnipaque concentration for procedures

i've been using omnipaque 300 or 240 for procedures. currently those are out of stock, but i can get 180. any downside to using 180?
from what i gather 140 and 350 can't be used intrathecal, but rest are ok. i'm assuming visualization is also ok with other concentrations?
