When applying to dental schools would I select DDS/PhD programs also? or just Dental Schools

This is applying for just dental school to be a DDS by the way, also the service asks for a personal essay for both of these, would i submit my personal statement for both options?

Are you applying to the DDS/PHD program or DDS program?

IF you apply to the DDS/PHD program, it will state that you need to fill out the personal essay and the PHD essay.

If you apply to the DDS program, it will state you need to fill out the personal essay statement, and the PHD statement is not needed. It will show this when you look at the checklist. says optional. Just leave it blank.
