Does anyone know of any oncology pharmacist resources, that is how to perform the job of an oncology pharmacist, calculations, resource for the regimens, best choice of drugs, and reducing side effects, etc.?

Also, what is the role of an oncology pharmacist in a small infusion center?

ACCP should have some resources and know the NCCN guidelines. Guidelines should have info on the drugs and supportive therapy. Know how to calculate dose based on body surface area.

In small facilities, there is only one oncologist and one pharmacist. What supportive role to the MD should I expect to give?
How often are pharmcistis expected to look into grants and get pricing information?
