Hey I could use some advice:
I applied for medical school but I was wait-listed at a few schools. So I am looking at a year off. I already have a master's degree and because I am applying again in June I really do not need to improve my CV too much.

I want to do something unique, fun, and preferably paid or cheap.

So does anyone have any ideas of what I could do?

Do some more research. You can never have enough. Volunteer or find a part time job depending on what your major is.

- fix whatever tanked you
- do something you like
- stay active in some of your ecs

Many schools will meet with rejected applicants and give them advice on how to improve their file - I would recommend taking advantage of this. Call your schools and ask if they do this.
