One yr (gap) MS program?

Help me out guys?
I wanna find a school that offers a one year MS or MA degree in the sciences. I'll be graduating in June and would rather be in school for the year before entering dental school. I live in NY but where the school is (state) doesn't matter.

Any ideas?
