online prometric problems

Am I the only one who is having problems with the prometric website...its sooooo messed up its unbelivable.I could and would do it (scheduling)by phone but it takes so long on the phone as well.
ANY ideas anyone ?how is everyone else doing it?

I ended up using the phone for what I needed (I needed specific information not test scheduling). The wait is longer than one would think but not that bad considering my experience with their website. Since the MCAT goes computerized and will be administered by Thompson-Prometrics, these problems are only going to get worse.

Skip the website and go for phone. At least, you can get everything handled at one time once you get into the system. By the way, I spent loads of time making comments about what does and does not work on the website. Most of the website does not work.

Don't wait until the last minute and have something to read while you wait on the phone. 😴

also something else--->dont use your cell phone to call them eats away our precious minutes.I stayed on the phone with them for abut 45-50 mts and then got a human being!!!!!
