Hi Everyone,
I have a quick question. Can anyone tell me what universities have a large variety of science classes that can be taken online? Thanks in advance

never knew there was such thing

It's either Utah or Utah state has pretty exhaustive online and correspondence courses. Apparently a lot of people from Utah go overseas or out of state when 17-21 years old so the state university system supports it. I tracked it down a couple of years ago but don't presently have the link.

I have taken online science classes through my university, but it has only been the lecture portion. I still have to attend traditional labs and take the exams at the testing center. Mine have been excellent, but that may be due to the fact that you really have to be motivated in order to do well.

I had the same type of experiences with online science classes as well. Lecture online and lab was on campus with exams on campus at the testing center. I know some people are of the opinion that these type of classes are easier. I disagree. Not only do you have to be motivated to establish a schedule to go through the lecture material on your own, but you also have limited access to professors if you have questions. The online science classes I took were all lower division classes and they were difficult enough that transitioning to upper division classes on campus at the university wasn't difficult in the least.
