Only 1 upper division on application

I am applying to dental school right now and I only have completed 1 upper level bio course (cell bio, 4 credits, got an A.)

Alot of bio courses are not upper level at my undergrad (genetics, anatomy/phys.)

Will this be bad for my app? I am taking another 4 credit upper level bio and am acing it but it will not show up on my app. My GPA is high and my DAT is good too.

Certain schools require a certain amount of bio courses, for example UT Houston requires 14 hours of bio at the bare minimum. But as long as you marked somewhere in your future courses that you'll be taking the rest of the prereqs you should be fine as long as you complete those prereqs before you matriculate.
