Has anyone done well (really well) using USMLE world as their only study tool?

A couple of students I know claimed 240+ using just UWorld... Is it really that good?

...yes World is that good. nothing else compares.

I don't know. But I think it's possible for students who have already mastered the material well and have demonstrated this by consistently scoring in the very high percentiles in their courses and shelves. I doubt if UW alone will be sufficient for the marginal student or one who consistently scores below the 50th percentile. But then again, who knows?

Yes but use it for learning not for memorizing. Using Boards and Wards and Pocket Medicine is also good.
