I just realized that I forgot to include the 'Technical Standards for Admission' signed contract thingie when I mailed back my Touro NY supplemental. Is this a huge deal or can I just mail it to them separately now that I Just realized it? I mailed my supplemental in about 2 weeks ago by the way.

Agreed. I did the same thing - just sign it and mail it in with a brief note apologizing for the error. I received an e-mail from Touro about four days later saying they'd received it and my application was complete.
