Ugh I guess I wasn't thinking very clearly for secondaries, but I found that I used some sentences from my description of an activity in AMCAS to talk about the activity more in secondary essays.

Oops? I just don't want to sound redundant. Hopefully not the same person reads these/they won't catch it/it won't matter?

I probably did some of that, too.

For me, it matters only if you're copying almost verbatim from the AMCAS activity or if the secondary says "an activity NOT from AMCAS." I can't remember exactly, but I'm pretty sure I discussed AMCAS activities on secondaries as long as they didn't specifically say not to.
