  1. Pre-Health (Field Undecided)
My fiancé is doing an engineering internship this summer in Dallas and loves it there. They've pretty much guaranteed him a job offer upon graduation. However, since he will basically be following me depending on where I get accepted this cycle, Dallas may be off the table. Is it worth applying to? Should I mention in my supplemental application this situation? I also have family there and have visited quite often. I would love to live in Dallas!

Might as well give it a shot. Yes, I'd mention it.

+1. There's no reason not to. Texas has its 9-1 IS/OOS admissions policy because there are 27 million people in the state so they would like the doctors and dentists to stay here. Proving you have ties to the area is important. Best of luck to you!

Is Baylor the only one that really takes OOS at all as compared to the other Texas schools?

All 3 Texas schools are instate friendly. According to the 2014 ADEA Guide out of of like 290 seats, 16 were OOS, which is 5-6%
