If you're feeling lucky then you can apply there. But I think Oklahoma would be worth it.

Not just 5 and 4 of those are from Arkansas.. Just a further clarification.. Also, some years they don't even award all 5 OOS seats to OOS applicants. I wouldn't waste my time applying to LSU unless you have some connection to Louisiana.
