What position do you guys work in when working on class I for 18,19, ect. Trying to find a comfortable position where you can see the fissures and the bur to control depth is a challenge on that side of the mouth for me. I am right handed btw.

Pretty much the same position as any other class I. Of course I'll have the patient tilt their head appropriately to give me the best view with direct vision (usually slightly in my direction). I'm also right handed.
Do you use loupes and a light? Definitely get them.

Same idea, different question:
best operator position for prepping a FGC on #15? We are using sims with cheeks that can barely retract past the first molar so coming in from the side is impossible (impossible with a french accent).
