Opinions about the Colorado residency program?

I'm thinking about doing an away rotation in Colorado, and was wondering if people can give their opinions about the program. I've heard from a couple of people that the program is kind of malignant and that the residents aren't too happy. One person told me that the Sub-I there isn't that great. I'd like more opinions about the program before I make a decision based on what a couple of people told me. Also, does anyone have a recommendation for a good away rotation there?
