So I just finished my Sophomore year and my current gpa is 2.7. I also have an upward trend (my lowest gpa was spring semester of my freshman year with a 2.2) I didn't do well my freshman year but I have been on track ever since then and have made A's and B's and one C in organic chemistry 2 with a 3.0+ semester gpa. What are my chances for Optometry School and what do you guys think I should do? I really wanna go to Optometry school but I feel as if my gpa is what's holding me back.

Well, being that you've still got at least 2 yrs of courses left, it's hard to make any recommendations other than for you to get that GPA up. Way up. It sounds like you knew this already, though. Does your school have any pre-health/pre-optometry counselors? You might pay them a visit.
