Don't consider getting a degree to make yourself "more marketable." 😳 Establish your career for yourself and for your happiness. Don't let the PharmD give a guy an excuse to take advantage of you in any way. If it takes a PharmD to catch a guy's attention, then he's probably not worth your time to begin with. Be happy with yourself and love yourself. No one can love you more than you love yourself. 🙂 Take care!

That is so true and also why don't you consider losing some of that weight. you will be happier if you do. I was weighing 250lbs after my second baby. I felt so unattractive so I hit the gym every evening and today I am 50lbs lighter and still counting. I feel great and proud of myself. I plan to go down to like 150lb before starting pharmacy school in fall. It can be done, you just have to determined.

That's a great idea! But, juicybone, also in exercising and losing weight, do so for the improvement of your health. The losing weight, feeling more energized, and being happier with yourself will all fall into place as the benefits of exercising. 🙂

totally agree! love yourself more

I agree with everyone else (youll feel better about yourself mentally and physically by losing weight ) but also...

I don't think having a PharmD will be the role in getting a boyfriend. HOWEVER, I believe being around so many people with the same interests and career goals will help you MEET new people, and perhaps develop a relationship. The school can find you new people, but you're responsible for having the personality that draws them in. 😉 and frankly, no one deserves you unless they love you for how you are.
