Opioid conversion chart on Naplex?

Hi guys-

Is the opioid chart given on Naplex? or should I remember it just in case?

Just know approximate strengths relative to a standard. My school taught us based on codeine. Know that hydrocodone is 6X stronger than codeine.

Some people got the chart on their exam while others did not. If you don't have time to memorize everything, the minimum you should know is morphine IV😛O conversion.
