Opportunities after completing FM residency

I have seen and heard about FM specialists doing vasectomies, nuclear medicine, etc. I have not seen specific fellowships based on these procedures... Then how does one get into these fields or procedures if there is no specific fellowship program? Can anyone advise?...Tx
