Apologies all if this is in the wrong section.

I am a graduate of Virginia Tech, with a BS in chemical engineering. I got a job in my field of engineering and, to put it simply, I want to be a doctor. I have always known this, inherently, but the allure of money right out of college changed my mentality WHILE in college.....

I have a 2.94 GPA, with a 3.0 science GPA, I have a significant amount of chemistry and math and physics courses that average into that (so i dk how that will work). I am interested in a post bac and have applied to a couple for this fall; including Temple, VCU, George SQuared. I am taking Cell Biology right now at a local 4 year institution, following that I will have 2 physics, 2 chem, 2 ochem, and 2 sems of calculus and 2 semesters of biology; albeit one of those biologyu semesters is lacking a lab. I plan to figure out how to fulfill this lab over the summer.

I really want to get into medical school; I will do whatever it takes. If you think I am on the right track, or have any advice whatsoever, please let me know what I should do to strengthen my profile....

Someone suggested getting a MS, but I am hesitant as that is 2 more years of my time.... I plan on taking the MCAT in september or october, but some of the programs I have applied to require the GRE so I will probably take this in about a month and a half.

Again if you have any advice on my path, or anything you think I should do please let me know. Just trying to cover my bases and see if I am missing anything blindingly obvious
