have you tried your old US school? Did you not take a leave of absence or something like that? I think that is your best bet. As far as international schools, I know people who transferred into Carrib schools from other schools (the person I am thinking of actually was somewhere in Mexico first, and then ended up in the Carrib). If they take transfers from other international schools, I don't see why they wouldn't take you from a US school.

i met someone while in NYC who had to drop out for personal reasons from a very good US medical school and transferred to a caribbean school... apparently, she completed enough credits in her US school to guarantee her the MD diploma from that school... she ended up scoring a great residency regardless of this seemingly unfortunate turn of events...
