options for med school??

i'm 28..undergraduate gpa 3.25 science 3.2 some classes retaken....PhD at state school in physiology with 3.7 gpa....recently took the mcat got a 35 (12/11/12) what schools are most accepting of older applicants and where would I have the best shot? is the mcat enough to offset my spotty undergraduate science courses I had to retake here and there?
 
OP, please don't post the same thread in multiple forums. Just pick the most appropriate forum, and only post once. Since you are already getting responses in the WAMC, I am going to close this one. Concerning your questions, you should read the FAQs sticky at the top of this forum. In particular, check out the link for PhD-to-MD; the sticky that leads to will answer most of your questions and then some.
