Orgo 2: Also GPNCd but got a B- again due to missing two exams for health reasons, retaking currently but it’s not looking good

What are my options to remediate my grades and prove myself? I am currently ending my junior year and I have had a pretty strong upward trend but I have Cs throughout my application and this semester is not looking too good for me. My Ws are all from second semester of freshman year and due to health issues and a car accident. I still have two semesters left but I am unsure if I should plan for more semesters with harder science classes to prove myself, should I do a diy post bacc and retake courses I did poorly on, or do a formal SMP or postbacc
