Does anyone know what happens if I do not send out my application to any schools this year?
I wouldn't mind having to send in my transcripts again and everyrthing else, but would I have to ask for letters of recommendation again next year, or would optomCAS still have those in my file?

You should ask OptomCAS, but I'm betting you'll have to send them again.
