What else besides OAT Scores, grades, and LORs can be updated after the application submission?

LORs cannot be updated after submission. Your letter writers can submit THEIR letters after you've submitted your application, but no changes can be made to who you've designated as writers.
OAT scores...I don't even think you can update that. After stating that I intended to take the OAT in Novemeber, when academic update came around, I was going to put in my scores, but it didn't let me. But that's ok, your scores get sent to the schools anyway. If you intend on testing one more time, then let your schools know so they can wait for your scores.
I do not believe any other aspects of the application can be updated after submission other than ADDING schools to send your application to.

Okay good that was my main concern adding schools to the app later. Are you sure about this? Everytime I think to call OPTOMCAS they are closed.
