How long does it take OptomCAS to receive your transcript? I sent a transcript in late November but it must have got lost in the mail so I requested another one to be sent in late December. My school mailed it out about 1.5 weeks ago. Think OptomCAS will receive my transcript soon? Also, how long does the verification process take?

Once they receive it they scan it and send you a notification. Verification takes about a week or so - sometimes less. Did you attach the transcript request form?

Yeah, I sent the transcript request form from OptomCAS to my school for them to attach to my official transcript. Do you think my transcript possibly got lost in the mail again?

Getting lost the 2nd time would really be odd, but not impossible. After I sent my transcript they received it in less than 2 weeks. If optomcas doesn't receive it soon, then I'd give the transcript processing center a USPS certified prepaid mail envelope which should be safer and will let you know whether they've received it or not. I hope this helps.

I was going to give my school a USPS certified prepaid envelope, like you suggested on Monday. But I just received an email saying OptomCAS finally received my transcript! Thanks for the help! 🙂
