I'm writing a guide to optometry for pre-optometry students and need everyone's help/input. I hope that this guide will include everything that a pre-optometry student will need to apply to optometry school. Here are the different sections:

Resources:
This section will talk about resources available to pre-optom students. Resources like our pre-health office, our club website, sdn, and websites that talk about optometry.
Pre-req classes:
I have already given out a survey to past pre-optometry students, and had them rate how difficult each pre-req class was.
OAT:
This includes study techniques, when the best time to take the OAT is, and (most importantly) all resources available (with detailed descriptions, where to get them, and how much they cost)
OPTOMCAS:
This will talk all about optomcas. I may include screenshots and i will also include instructions like when LORs should go in and how long everything takes (like transcripts)
Essay:
This will be a section that talks about different tips for writing your essay(s).
Interview:
Tips for the interview.

If there are any more sections that you think I should add, or anything that I should add to the sections already listed above, please tell me. Thanks!

Oh yeah, I am also thinking about posting this online, and submitting it to my school's pre-health advisement center.

This sounds awesome, and thank you for doing this in advance.
One suggestion is you might also want to include what extracurricular activities and experience one may need to be more competitive 🙂.
