Old drug, not sure why it’s even made anymore. Any thoughts on an instance where it would be preferred over amoxicillin (high dose)?

Won’t lie, If it came as an escribe and I had no history in the patient, I’d probably double check just in case they meant for amoxicillin. But I’m guessing it was called in like most dentist scripts are anyways.
