Oral boards pass rate - does 90% include conditioning?

I am very hopefuly to pass the orals the first time.

BUT, conditioning wouldnt be the total end of the world.

The ABR website says the pass rate is 90%. Does that INCLUDE people who are conditioning? Means 10% have to retake the whole thing!?! Or do 90% pass the whole thing, and then I am guessing a few more percent condition?
