Organ System-Specific Board Review Books?

Does anybody know of any good Step 1 board review books that cover specific organ systems? Up to this point, I’ve been scrolling through BnB slides and haphazardly synthesizing information from Costanzo and Pathoma... I’m wondering if there are system-specific books for board review—ones that go into more depth than FA but aren’t 1400-page textbooks.

I remember referencing Crush Step 1 often. It's a slightly denser version of FA.
