Do you have any mnemonics/advice for memorizing the organic chemistry lab tests?

Have you looked over the DAT Bootcamp orgo lab techniques sheet? Organic Chemistry Lab Techniques

If not, I'd recommend reviewing that sheet since it covers all the main ideas.

Other than that, the best way that I learned the organic chemistry lab tests was from actually doing the techniques in orgo lab. Now, I just visualize the techniques in my head, which helps me recall what each does. If you haven't been exposed to the techniques yet, I'd watch YouTube videos on them to familiarize yourself with how they look and what happens.

Memorizing lab tests is OK, but be sure to understand the tests. I think you will find that when you understand them, it will make it much easier for you to memorize them.
