Organic Destroyer Roadmap Error?

So I was looking through the roadmap 6 for destroyer and when they attack acid chloride with D2O , they get get an aldehyde ... I am pretty sure this should be a carboxylic acid...

Any thoughts?

I think it should replace Cl with OD.

i am pretty sure (C=O)-OD is a carboxylic acid and not an anhydride, just with a D instead of H

which destroyer do you have? I have the 2010 one and it doesnt have the mistake you mentioned.
