For the fall of 2020, I am scheduled to take organic I, gen. microbiology, and human anatomy, each with its own laboratory. Am I possibly making a mistake? This past semester I took cell biology, gen chem 2, and nutrition, and had no issues with As in each. Should I just shoulder the load, or replace one of these classes with physics 2? Thank you in advance.

yes, a similar one as I was considering taking ergo 2, anatomy/phys and physics 2.
I don't see the problem w/that if you have taken the necessary pre-reqs, but you might want to balance out the science classes w/one humanities/social science course

Anatomy shouldn't be too hard, I think this is doable

I did almost exactly that and got out with a 3.6 GPA that particular semester except switch anatomy lab with a speech class. Doable.
