My understanding is that the question is asking for the standard IUPAC name. This would be the systematic name for this compound rather than the common name which would I guess be choice D
 
Just a tip: if you HAD to choose a certain class of molecules to be really good at naming, it would be ethers. For some reason, ether nomenclature shows up much more than other groups. This does not mean to exclude studying them.
