I'm trying to figure out which medical field I will ultimately pursue and ortho is on the list, but maybe for the wrong reasons. I really enjoy physics and classical mechanics. I don't have much experience with ortho, but I would think that you need a knowledge base of similar material (biomechanics, etc). Is this true. Do ortho docs use physics/classical mechanics in daily practice?
