What's the best place to find orthopaedic residency rankings? I'd like to compile a list of places to apply for aways, but I need to know where I am competitive and what is a reach. Does anyone have advice for this or what resources to use for rankings?

It's hard to answer your question cuz rankings are so subjective. Ranked on what standard? Research? Operative volume? And there are other factors that are hugely important in forming your rank list such as resident culture, cost of living, and location. Be wary of ranking systems like Doximity. Just because it's highly ranked on Dox doesn't mean it's good. I rotated at some "top programs" which I ended up strongly disliking.
