I want an ortho program that doesn't make me do a ton of research. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Also, I would love a low-stress program.

If you have the grades, the Ortho residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx NY is clinically based and pays a fairly good salary (45-50K). I know these folks and it is a solid program. Ortho at Montefiore also good.

I don't know about low stress but most programs in the eastcoast are more clinically based except for UNC. The most clinical based one is Jacksonville, I was there last year and they have TONS of patients. Also check Nova, Tufts and NYU. Nevertheless, in case you haven't heard yet the programs with the best reputation worldwide are the ones with lots of research involved (Washington, UNC, Michigan, Iowa, Baylor, etc..), at the end you'll have to do research anywhere you get into. Good luck!
