Does anyone know where I can find osteoarthritis practice guidelines? I tried googling and I only found one, but it didn't look very detailed. I tried guidelines.gov too.

Which is basically NSAIDs and re-evaluate every 6 months. Choice and strength of NSAIDs is left to the prescriber.
