Osteopathic Deferring Option?

Which Osteopathic medical schools grant the option to defer a year once accepted? Also don't a few schools offer a deferred acceptance as well? Any light shed on this topic would be appreciated.

I know RVU-COM does but it does say "in extreme circumstances", not sure about other schools though. You can look on the aacom site
