Does anyone have any opinion on whats the best book to study for this joke of an exam? Or what/how you studied? I dont want to fail!😱

Kaplan CS book or First Aid for CS are just fine. Don't forget to do a quick OMM review to demonstrate your knowledge. I used First Aid, and so did all of my friends. We all passed, and we were a mix of top to bottom of our class in class ranking.

In all honesty you don't need to do any studying for that exam.
The cases are textbook cases or glaringly obvious; the OMT-requiring cases are also very obvious.
At the very MOST, review some OMT, but remember that you can do soft tissue / MFR / etc for just about anything.

Like you said, this test is a joke; treat it as such but give it enough attention that your $1000 won't go to waste and you have to return.

Don't bother buying First Aid CS...that's complete overkill...if you don't have the skills and basic knowledge to performa simple H&P, you're hurting.
