I just finished The DOs: Osteopathic Medicine in America by Norman Gevitz. It's a great book. Perfect if you were ever interested in how osteopathic medicine began and evolved, as well as how the whole MD vs DO thing came about. 🙂

i talked with a do who went to osucom, and she recommended this book. she said it actually came up in her interview there.

i think this book is kind of the industry standard
