.....is it possible to change from osteopathic program to allopathic program after completing 1st year
has anybody ever done it or know somebody who did it..... I would like to know if at all it is possible.

Your current year's work will not transfer, if that is what you are alluding to. Allopathic residencies require completion of a one year ACGME internship prior to entering an ophtho residency. So, you would essentially have to apply all over again and start from square one (that is, apply to NRMP for internship and apply to SF match for ophtho).
