I would eliminate virginia tech in my opinion. I personally prefer a larger class size because it gives you more friend opportunities. I also think the location will be a shock for you and that four years will be too long for 'trying something new'.
I personally would go with OSU because i think you will be happy to have your support network and it is a great school. Since you seem to want to practice in Ohio - I see no reason to not continue making those connections. If you really want a change then I would go Cinci
