You'd certainly have a chance if you lived in state.

As far as out of state, it is just a roll of the dice.

I'd proceed forward with the idea that you have a chance of getting an interview---there is really no way to tell at this point.

I agree with OSUdoc08. Can't really say for sure, but its worth a try. OSU just started having interviews, so its really early in the game.
