having recently moved from there and worked in retail for many years I can say not many Rx drugs have changed schedule (schedule 1 is Rx if I remember correctly). you can buy Tylenol #1 without Rx, ASA with codeine, and some liquid codeine formulations and some migraine preps but for the most part Canada is a lot more conservative about rescheduling. Reactine (aka zyrtec here- one of the dumbest brand names I've ever heard of) is OTC at 10mg, 20mg is Rx and covered by insurance. You can buy epipens, B12 shots, Gravol (aka dramaine) shots, straight psuedophedrine (behind counter) and we just recently got Aleve. I am sure there are some other interesting things that are unscheduled or schedule 3 that I just can't remember - look up NAPRA's website for all the weird/strange ones if you are curious
