If we are being reviewed by an ADCOM (both pre and post interview) after they can see where else we have been accepted, does whether or not we have been accepted elsewhere ever influence an ADCOM's decision?

No, the admissions office does not see multiple accepts until Spring, and even then, only after a decision has been given to AMCAS. The committee itself doesn't even have access to multiple accepts...
