What are you supposed to do when they ask you this at interviews? For one I simply said yes, I've had others and added nothing else and she just moved on. The other guy kept asking more so I just told him where all I'd interviewed and was accepted. Then I tried to throw in why I like their school better. What is everyone else saying?

Yikes! In three interviews I had no questions about other interviews/acceptances. That's sketchy how they asked you that...

I thought so too but it was on their interview list that they looked down at here and there while asking me stuff so I guess they asked everyone. I've heard of schools doing this but it was a first for me. Maybe since it is getting later in the cycle now?

Maybe they're asking if you've had other interviews in the day.

One interviewer asked me this and followed it up by asking which schools I've gotten invites from. I was kind of taken aback and listed them all including ones I had coming up. Thankfully, it was early enough that schools didn't send acceptances yet so I didn't have to deal with that.
I guess it didn't matter too much cause I was accepted anyways....

I would say you handled it well. I've never been asked that out of all 6 of the interviews I've had so far but if I was, I would approach it the same way. If it's worded "have you had other interviews?" just tell them yes or no. If they ask for specifics than just give specifics, it shouldn't really be hugely important and if you DO have a bunch of interviews it makes you look like a desired candidate.

I got asked this at one of my interviews. That guy was a massive jerk though, and that was probably the least offensive/upsetting thing he asked during the interview.
