Anyone else find otomatch a very tense place? I know the match must be stressful, but things on there seem pretty charged. Anyone else agree?

Having seen the interviewees this year and comparing them to the last few years, I can say that on the average, they've become more ideal on paper, and less personable face to face. Knowing that people were calling programs and cancelling interviews behind backs really saddens me. I don't want to work with or teach those people.
I'm sure there's a good bunch of people out there; it's too bad I didn't meet them.
