I was wondering how would I be able to work outside the USA with a DMD/DDS from an american dental school?

I have always wanted to live outside the USA, maybe France, Britain, or even Australia, however I am worried that having a professional degree will hold me back because I'm not sure if other countries would be so willing to accept a US grad.

Also how does the salary differ from the USA in the countries that i've mentioned?

i don't know about europe specifically, but many countries require you to take a test on dentistry which also requires a language test so I'm guessing you need to be fluent-like in those languages
